Refund Policy

Cancelling Checkout

You can leave or cancel hosted Checkout before completing payment. The game will return to an available purchase state and will not activate Battle Pass or issue a gift. A cancelled Checkout does not itself create a charge or ownership change.

Requesting help or a refund

For a duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect, or otherwise disputed charge, contact hello@playrealmofechoes.com. Include the Realm account email and Stripe order or receipt reference if available. Do not send a full card number, password, one-time code, or bank credential.

Requests are reviewed against the payment record, fulfilment state, applicable law, and any mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Live checkout will present any separate consent required for immediate digital fulfilment.

Coverage, gifts and earned points

Cancelling subscription renewal preserves coverage already paid for. A completed full refund or payment dispute affects its specific coverage grant or gift and only the still-unspent Echo Points earned from that coverage. Unrelated paid time, points and cosmetic ownership remain.

Partial refunds and already-spent earned value require manual review. An unclaimed refunded gift cannot be redeemed. A won dispute is reconciled before eligible coverage and unspent credits are restored. An announced next charge date is never silently brought forward when a gift is reversed.

Retired historical purchases remain reconcilable under their original entitlement records. Removing a product from sale does not remove previously purchased ownership.

Processing and payment method timing

When a refund is approved and issued, Stripe sends it back to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on Stripe, the payment method, and the financial institution. Realm of Echoes cannot redirect a refund to another person, account, card, bank, or in-game currency.

Fraud and account misuse

Refund handling may be paused while suspected fraud, account compromise, duplicate claims, or conflicting payment disputes are investigated. This does not restrict mandatory legal rights or prevent you from contacting your payment provider.
